Important Update on U.S. Shipping, Returns & Costs

However, due to the ongoing trade tensions and disruptions in the global supply chain, we’ve had to make several adjustments to our U.S. shipping policies:

Shipping to the United States

Updated Delivery Time:
Standard delivery to the U.S. now takes 5–14 business days, up from the previous 4–7 business days, due to increased customs processing and transportation delays.

New Shipping Cost:
Shipping fees to the U.S. have increased from approximately $8 USD to $20 USD to reflect higher tariffs and freight costs.

U.S. Return & Refund Policy

Final Sale Policy for U.S. Orders:
All sales made to the United States are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for any U.S. purchases at this time.
